Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed with ASBOW Limited (“we”, “us”) through asbowltd.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Bulk deadstock

Many of our products are bulk deadstock (genuine surplus stock). Items are picked at random from our stock. You may receive brand-new items, or items with minor dirt marks on the outer layer, light storage marks or minor misprints. All items supplied are fully usable. Product photos show typical examples of the stock you may receive.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%).

3. Delivery

We deliver within the UK. Delivery is charged at £5.99 inc VAT per order. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates.

4. Returns and refunds

As our bulk stock is deadstock, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once stock has been delivered, for trade and business buyers. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.

Consumers: if you buy as a consumer (not for business purposes), you may cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, return them within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund you (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You pay return postage unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. See our Refund policy.
